Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ConciergeCo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use our services. These terms apply to all users, including building managers, strata managers, residents, and anyone else who accesses the platform.

What ConciergeCo Provides

ConciergeCo is a building management platform that helps manage residential buildings, including features for communication, maintenance, access control, and community management. We provide the software and infrastructure to run the platform. Your data is stored in regional data centres close to you — see our Privacy Policy for details. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the service.

Your Responsibilities

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must not use ConciergeCo for anything unlawful, to harass others, or to attempt to access data you're not authorised to view. You must not try to reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the platform's operation.

Limitations of Liability

ConciergeCo is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we generally achieve around 99.5% uptime, we don't guarantee the platform will always be available or error-free unless you have a separate service level agreement with us. For enterprise clients, we offer a 99.9% uptime SLA. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ConciergeCo's liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We generally achieve around 99.5% uptime. Enterprise clients can get a 99.9% SLA.

Termination

You can stop using ConciergeCo at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe you're causing harm to the platform or other users. If your building's subscription ends, your access will be adjusted according to the building's plan.

You can leave anytime. We can suspend accounts that breach these terms.

30% Price Guarantee

This is a current promotional offer and is subject to change. ConciergeCo offers two ways to save 30%: (1) Price Match Guarantee: If you receive a written quote from a competing building management platform with comparable features, we'll beat that price by 30%. Simply provide the quote to our sales team before signing up. (2) Switching Discount: If you're currently using a different building management platform, you're automatically eligible for 30% off when you switch to ConciergeCo. Let us know which platform you're switching from when you sign up, and we'll apply the discount. Both offers apply to buildings with comparable feature requirements. ConciergeCo reserves the right to verify eligibility and quotes. These offers cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice.

This is a current offer, subject to change. Got a competitor's quote? We'll beat it by 30%. Switching platforms? Get 30% off automatically.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through the platform before the changes take effect. Your continued use of ConciergeCo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
