Identity & access
When you sign up for ConciergeCo products and services, we ask for personal information that is used to identify you, including your name, email address, and a business name (if applicable). We use this information for creating and personalising your account. We don't sell or rent your information.

When you browse our pages or applications, your browser automatically shares certain information such as which operating system and browser version you are using. We track that information, along with the pages you are visiting, page load timing, and which website referred you for statistical purposes, like conversion rates and to test new designs. We sometimes track specific link clicks to help inform some design decisions. These web analytics data are tied to your IP address and user account if applicable and you are signed into our services.

We do use persistent first-party cookies to store certain preferences, making it easier for you to use our applications, and support some in-house analytics. When we access or share your information
We may share or access your information in the following cases:
Share with legal authorities
If Australian or American law enforcement authorities have the necessary warrant, criminal subpoena, or court order requiring we share data, we have to comply, unless we are legally prevented from it. We will always inform you when such requests are made. In the event a government authority outside Australia approaches ConciergeCo with a request, our default position is to refuse unless the Australian government compels us to comply through procedures outlined in a mutual legal assistance treaty or agreement.

Marketing and event-related communications

Support and assist
Our customer support team will deal with a range of message types - from bugs, to product feedback to feature requests. During the process to assist you better we may need to access your information. If we need to access your information we will always inform you first.

Data storage and location
We store your data securely in enterprise-grade data centres with bank-level encryption. All Australian building data is stored within Australia in our Melbourne data centre. European building data is stored in their own country or the closest available data centre within the European Union to ensure optimal performance and compliance with local regulations. United States of America building data is stored within the United States, and depending on the state, we try to store data in the closest available data centre to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Deleting your account
You have the right to delete your account, and we delete all your information when you do so. You can always delete your account in profile settings. We will delete all your information and you will no longer be able to use our services. However, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. For example, if you sold a workout plan to a customer, we will keep your information for tax purposes. If an authorised agent is corresponding on your behalf, we will first need written consent with a signature from the account holder before proceeding. ConciergeCo will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your personal information.
